Do you handle permits?

How long does a remodeling or construction project take?
Project timelines depend on the scope of work, plans, permitting, material selections, inspections, existing conditions and project complexity. Once the scope is better defined, we can provide a more useful project-specific schedule.
Do you provide complete kitchen remodeling?
Yes. Kitchen remodeling can include layout changes, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, electrical work, framing, drywall and other improvements depending on the project scope.
Do you provide complete bathroom remodeling?
Yes. We handle bathroom remodeling ranging from focused renovations to more complete transformations. The scope can include showers, tubs, vanities, tile, flooring, lighting, electrical work and related construction improvements.
Can you help with ADU construction?
Yes. We provide ADU construction services for appropriate residential projects. ADU requirements vary by property and jurisdiction, so the project should be evaluated based on the site, proposed design, plans and applicable approvals.
Can you upgrade an electrical panel to 200 amps?
We provide electrical panel upgrade services, including 200-amp upgrades when appropriate for the property and electrical needs. Whether an upgrade is necessary depends on factors such as the existing service, available capacity, planned electrical loads and applicable utility or permitting requirements.
Do you install recessed lighting and ceiling fans?
Yes. Our electrical services include recessed lighting and ceiling fan installation. Existing wiring, electrical boxes, controls, ceiling conditions and the intended layout should be considered when planning the installation.
Can you handle electrical work as part of a remodeling project?

Should I have plans or drawings before contacting you?
Not necessarily. You can contact us while your project is still in the planning stage. If plans, engineering or other documents are needed for the proposed work, that can be identified as the scope becomes clearer.
